Has it been a while since your last dive?
Let’s face it, sometimes our brains get full and we forget important things like:
- What are the five steps in a pre-dive safety check?
- What are the signs and symptoms of decompression sickness?
- If you run out of air at 10 metres and your buddy is more than 15 metres away, what is the safest course of action?
- What options have you got to refresh your skills?
