Dolphin Scuba’s Return Policy
If you buy something, and it doesn’t fit or you want a different color, the thing is not what you expected, or you just changed your mind… It’s not a problem! We’ll take care of you. Just send us back any unused gear within 14 days – and we will refund your money (minus the actual shipping cost). You have until 30 days to decide to swap it for something else, and we’ll even pay for the shipping in Australia to send the replacement product to you!
We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell, and you will receive a full manufacturers warranty on all your products.
The information collected by us about you is for the sole use of Dolphin Scuba Diving. We will not pass your details on to a third party and will only add your details to our newsletter list if you ask us to.
All scuba gear will be delivered having been fully assembled and leak tested by our service technicians. When you receive your order your gear will be ready to go diving!
Generally we ship the same or next working day. We use the carrier suitable for the good purchased, it may be Australia Post, Toll Ipec of FastWay. Shipping time for all carriers is up to 7 working days. In Australia our shipping costs are as follows:
- Orders up to $299 Shipping fee $20
- Orders from $300 and over Free Shipping
If, for any reason, the goods you have ordered are not in stock we will contact you within 2 working days to let you know.
Currency and GST
All prices quoted in Australian dollars and include gst..

For overseas orders, there may be taxes or duties involved. We cannot know the duties for all countries. You need to check this with your customs department before you order.
All payment made by credit card is processed through a secure server an E-way gateway so your credit card information is safe.
All products are new unless otherwise stated.
