Our Asia Pacific Service Centre recommends using the following AA Batteries:
- Energiser Ultimate Lithium 1.5V; or
- Energiser Max (Alkaline) 1.5V
Do not use cheap alkalines, they are prone to leaking – especially when discharged.
Remember to remove your alkaline battery from the computer if you’re not going to use for more than 1 or 2 months.
Note: the SAFT Li LS14500 used to be the battery of choice however we understand the manufacturer has changed battery chemistry, adversely affecting performance.
