Tabbataha Reef Natural Park located in the Philippines has been said to be one of the most breath taking dive sites in the world. Its remote location makes it exclusive to live-aboard boats, with all dive fees going towards the protection of the park. The prime dive season runs between mid-March to mid-June, with conditions offering clear skies, calm seas and visibility between 30 and 45 metres.
