Dolphin Scuba’s Return Policy – No Worries!


If you buy something, and it doesn't fit or you want a different color, the thing is not what you expected, or you just changed your mind... It’s not a problem! We'll take care of you. No Problem - No Worries. Just send us back any unused gear within 14 days - and we will refund your money (minus the actual shipping cost). You have until 30 days to decide to swap it for something else, and we'll even pay for the shipping in Australia to send the replacement product to you!


Warranty

We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell, and you will receive a full manufacturers warranty on all your products.

Privacy

The information collected by us about you is for the sole use of Dolphin Scuba Diving. We will not pass your details on to a third party and will only add your details to our newsletter list if you ask us to.

Gear Assembly

All scuba gear will be delivered having been fully assembled and leak tested by our service technicians.  When you receive your order your gear will be ready to go diving!

Shipping

Generally we ship the same or next working day. We normally use Australia Post which means you should receive your package within 7 working days. In Australia our shipping costs are as follows:

Orders up to $99 – Shipping fee $6.95

$99 - $499 – Shipping fee $12.95

$500 - $999 – Shipping Fee $18.95

$1000 or more… Free Shipping


If, for any reason, the goods you have ordered are not in stock we will contact you within 2 working days to let you know.

All prices quoted in Australian dollars and include gst..

Overseas Orders

For overseas orders, there may be taxes or duties involved. We cannot know the duties for all countries. You need to check this with your customs department before you order.

Payment Methods

You can order using your credit card, or you can send us a bank cheque/money order or you can have funds transferred into our account. If you’d rather not use your credit card, call us and we’ll help.

We use a secure server through our payment gateway so your credit card information is safe. If you’re not comfortable giving your credit card details over the net, then give us a call and we’ll take your details over the phone.
