The PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC) comprises the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Curriculums. A comprehensive Scuba Instructor Training Program in Perth developed by PADI, the IDC is recogognized worldwide as the most in depth scuba instructor training program in the world.
In the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) there are two distict components.
The Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program.
Is a minimum of three days. It intoduces you to the teaching techniques for scuba diving skills and knowledge development. The course concentrates on on duties and programs that PADI AIs may conduct independently.
Successfully completing this course earns you an AI certification and qualifies you to continue with the OWSI program.
Is a minimum of four days. It introduces you to the enitre PADI System and focuses on further developing your abilities as a professional dive educator.
