Big Bob is truly an example of a dedicated tek diver. Not happy with the more traditional methods of securing his primary regulator when undertaking demanding technical scuba dives, Bob has thrown away his clips/loops and gone under the knife for his sport.

Yes......Bob has had velcro inserted into his chin to ensure his regulator remains in position and is always there for him.
